Umanis is the only company in France to be granted the status of Microsoft Privileged Partner for training at the level of Microsoft Artificial Intelligence solutions (among 10 worldwide).


For over 12 years Umanis has developed strong business lines related to Microsoft technologies and has created skills and expertise centers able to take in charge  large-scale projects. This partnership strategy constitutes a real asset for recruiting, training and retaining the best Microsoft experts, specialized in ANALYTICS, POWER BI and CLOUD AZURE technologies.


The Microsoft partnership is the subject of a 3-year business plan and is maintained at the highest management level through regular meetings between our CEO and the top management of Microsoft France at QBR (Quaterly Business Review) meetings.

To achieve this goal, Umanis has been supporting GRTgaz since 2012 within its DATA division with operations using Microsoft tools in a classic V-cycle delivery model, with a front office on customer site and a back office in our CDS in Tours. In addition, we set up a team specialized in Datavisualization with Power BI. We operate both on organizational issues (transformation of the V-cycle model into Agile, operations with an extended front-back as well as multi-disciplinary team, etc.) and on technical issues (new tools, transformation of development, etc.)


To meet these strategic challenges, GRTgaz set up a DataLab with Microsoft BI and Power BI technologies. Umanis has been involved in the project since its initialization, designing the operating model to address business and technological challenges, and has become GRTgaz’s partner for enhancement operations.
